The Kichechef loyalty card terms and conditions are designed to reward our loyal customers while offering a simple and transparent program. The Kichechef loyalty card is completely free, registered to an individual, and strictly personal.

We place great importance on protecting your personal data. All information collected as part of your membership is treated confidentially and used solely for managing your loyalty account, communicating with our customers, and ensuring the proper management of our business relationship. Kichechef fully complies with the GDPR regulations currently in force. We never share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.

How the Loyalty Program Works

Each loyalty card holder automatically benefits from a personal account. This account records the value of purchases made in the Boutique & Textiles and Lighting departments.

For every purchase made in these departments, you receive a credit equivalent to 10% of the amount spent. However, certain items are excluded from the loyalty program, including:

• Sale items;
• Promotional items;
• Clearance items;
• Products already benefiting from a discount;
• Items included on wedding, birth, or communion gift lists.

Using Your Loyalty Credit

The amount accumulated on your loyalty account is converted into store credit. You can then use this credit for future purchases across the various Kichechef departments*.

Your loyalty credit remains valid for one year from the date of your last recorded purchase.

To ensure that your purchases and benefits are correctly registered, please present your loyalty card each time you make a purchase at the checkout.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Loyalty Card

You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a written request to Kichechef. We will then close your loyalty account in accordance with our data protection policy.
